Specific Commitments

Hereunder contains the specific commitments of COSMO GET-AWAY CHAIN governing services, reservations, airport assistance, discounts and other pertinent areas relating to travel service.

A. Corporate Incentives

COSMO GET-AWAY CHAIN shall give Corporate Incentive/s based on ticket fares for domestic and international sales as computed on gross production sales subject for an agreement between CGC & your company.

B. VISA / Documentation Services
Passport / Visa Processing / Immigration Processing / Philippine Travel Tax Exemption Certificate / Reduced Travel Tax Certificate / DSWD / NSO.

C. Ticketing
1. International – We issue our automated tickets on different international carriers.
2. Domestic – Automated domestic tickets are also issued at a minimal service fee.

D. Messengerial Service
Messengerial services shall be made available to make sure that all requirements are properly delivered.

E. Airport Assistance
For any airport assistance, our airport representatives shall be available to assist our clients, upon request.

F. Credit Terms
CGC shall extend credit line for international and domestic ticketing upon request and is subject for approval by the Management.

G. Mode of Payment
Settlement of accounts can be done: (Should be advised before ticketing)

* US Dollar currency
* Philippine Peso
* Credit Card Payment via Mastercard or VISA card

H. Billing Procedure
Invoices are delivered together with the tickets.

I. Refunds
Travel documents submitted for refund will be handled in the following manner:

CGC will immediately submit the refund application to the airline for the value of the unused ticket and to the Department of Tourism for the travel tax paid.
